Perdreams 1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Perdreams bag and pair of sneakers is made to last. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll make it right.

What's covered

For one year from the delivery date, we cover defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Stitching that comes loose or unravels
• Broken or faulty zippers, clasps, buckles and other hardware
• Straps or handles that detach at the seams
• Vegan leather that peels, cracks or flakes with normal use
• Sneaker soles that separate from the upper

What's not covered

• Normal wear, like scuffs, creasing, softening, fading or worn sneaker treads
• Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading, pets, heat or prolonged water exposure
• Damage from improper cleaning or from not following the care instructions
• Items altered or repaired by someone other than Perdreams
• Loss or theft

What we'll do

If your claim is approved, we'll repair the item or send a replacement. If that item is no longer available, we'll replace it with one of equal value or give you store credit for the price you paid.

How to make a claim

Email info@perdreams.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos showing the defect. We'll reply within 3 business days. If we need the item back, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

The fine print

This warranty covers the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. It doesn't replace our Return Policy for returns or exchanges, or your rights under consumer law.
